"Inner Beauty Is More Important Than External Beauty" Do You Agree?

To have ,a combination og inner beauty and external beauty is the ideal thing. However, we have no control over our looks, though we can only enhance them. Character is what makes us human beings. Physical appearance creates impressions of us on others. Would it be right to say that we revel by outward appearance what we really are in the inside?

Character is what we are. Physical appearance is for others to judge. It is a pity that most men seek that good of opinions of others with little regard for their character. Growing children should ever be mindful of character building. Without character,one is bound to fall. The greatest of men were men of character and not men with external beauty. It is the man of virtue and the man of honest achievement that stand out in a crowd.

Some qualities that make up character are honesty, kindness, gentleness, loyalty, prudence and modesty. We all value honesty. Honesty and veracity are essential to life. A life, A Marriage or a business without a foundation of honesty is certain to fall. A dishonest person can create a lot of trouble for all and eventually for him self. Kindness need not consist of gifts and donations;it is gentleness and generosity of spirit. It costs nothing, It's springs from ones love for his fellowmen. We detest misers of kindness of especially the scheming politicians without kindness who resort to cruelty to achieve their selfish aims; However handsome they maybe. Might men who had admirable physical assets have been arrogant, adopting ' holier than thou' attitude. Arrogance often conceals weakness of character. Humility and honesty are godly qualities. We can cultivate them even if we do not have physical endowments.

Our physical qualities are inherited. Generally, we take after our parents. In appearance, we have little choice. Character is what we acquire. We can acquire character whether we are good-looking or not. Our upbringing, our social values, our education- all these help us to  develop virtues and qualities which we value and which helps us to good individuals.

In conclusion, physical beauty is not enduring; character asserts itself and helps us in all circumstances.
